POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly talented finance and accounting executive to join our team as Regional Controller.

FUNCTIONS:

• This person will report to the Vice President of Finance and CFO and will be responsible for the company’s financial systems, operations, and reporting.
• Successful candidates for this highly visible position will need a CPA. An MBA with an emphasis on Accounting, Finance or Business is highly desired.

REQUERIMENTS:

• Minimum of 10 – 15 years of financial management experience.
• Experience in a senior level management role in at least two public companies where the person had responsibility for financial systems and internal and external financial reporting.
• Leadership roles in companies that exhibited significant growth (organically or through acquisition).
• Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent to support the growth as opposed to being a passive participant.
• A strong working knowledge and understanding of accounting systems. SAP experience is highly desired.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry and in manufacturing is a plus (pharma or chemical preferred).
• Public accounting and auditing experience is highly desired.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a professional staff.
• Bilingual Spanish - English.
• Portuguese will be a plus.
• Position will require regular travel.
