Multinational company, leader in the production of corrosion-resistant materials and coatings.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client has entrusted us to seek a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for marketing operations in Latin America. The position has based in Brazil. The company has provided relocation expenses.

The Marketing Manager will report to the CSO at the headquarters in Panama city. The position requires a candidate with extensive experience in international business and marketing in the shipping industry. The Marketing Manager are entirely responsible for all company marketing operations in the Latin America region.

REQUERIMENTS:

• 15 years of experience in senior management positions in international first-class companies, having served as Marketing Manager.
• Experience abroad
• Graduated in Marketing (exclusive)
• Master in Materials Science and Engineering will be a plus
• Desired age from 45 to 55 years
• Trilingual Spanish - English - Portugues (exclusive)
• Overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Establish marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives
• Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
• Implement the organisations marketing plan to manage the Marketing Department budget and deliver all marketing activity within set budget
• Managing correspondence with media and advertising outlets
• Willing to settle in Sao Paulo Brazil
• Willing to travel more than 50%
• Excellent interpersonal ability to lead multi-disciplinary professional groups in different countries.
