COMPANY:
Global producer of chemicals industrial products for marine coatings, with its Head Office in United States of America.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is looking for an experienced Director of Marketing for its subsidiary based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He must develop and execute strategies including product and marketing plans for multiple categories in various retail channels including specialty and mass markets.

BENEFITS:
Position will pay a lucrative base salary, plus annual bonus. Medical Plan, company car and gas.

FUNCTIONS:

• Develop & execute strategies including product and marketing plans for multiple categories in various retail channels including specialty and mass markets.
• Provide tactical and strategic recommendations including new product categories, promotions, pricing, packaging
• Oversee Product Managers in the conceptualization and execution of marketing and product plans. 
• Regularly conduct sales and competitive analysis to ensure strategic plans support market needs.
• Lead liaison with internal departments including, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, Technical and Creative Services.
• Help determine and ensure product line sales and budget goals are met.
• Provide Sales team with sales tools and market expertise to ensure their success in positioning and selling programs.
• Work with outside vendors in sourcing and developing new products.
• Travel to trade shows and buyer meetings as needed.

REQUERIMENTS:

• BA/BS degree, MBA a plus.
• 10 Years of marketing & product development experience.
• Proven record of successfully leading & motivating team.
• Chemical consumer products background a plus.
• Experience with marketing products to specialty and mass channels.
• Outstanding written & communication skills.
• Strong organizational and creative skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Power Point and presentation skill.
• Bilingual Spanish - English.
• Portuguese a valued plus.
