BÚSQUEDAS LABORALES:

HEAD OF SALES (Finalizada)

COMPANY:
International company dedicated to the construction industry, specializing in glass solutions, seeks a Head of Sales for south American area.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for all sales forecasting initiatives including penetration, volume, and competitive product range in the South American market. Responsible for planning and communication sales analysis activities.  Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he/she will develop, synchronize and retain all reporting associated with national and regional dealer sales performance and competitor data.

FUNCTIONS:

  • Directs all sales analytics, creating, maintaining, and cascading to drive ongoing improvements
  • Lead sales forecasting, and evaluate results for future sales planning (budgets)
  • Compile sales data to be used to solicit retail and lease business.
  • Implement and maintain Sales Force systems.
  • Generate and monitor annual sales budgets.
  • Responsible for the collection and analysis of all competitive sets.
  • Coordinate annual national and international Sales and Technical Conferences.
  • Originate weekly analysis of competitive information for review meetings.
  • Prepare proposals for new or enhanced product offerings.
  • Organize map for national specials, finance programs and contests.
  • Organize, coach and educate members of the Sales staff.

REQUERIMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree, MBA a plus.
  • 10 Years in Head of Sales Manager experience.
  • Proven record of successfully leading & motivating team.
  • Construction and industrial products background.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive, productive relationships with field personnel.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate and assess business activities and programs.
  • Flexibility to respond effectively to quickly changing priorities.
  • Ability to work well in a multicultural environment to achieve support for objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Drive and determination.
  • Sound decision making and problem solving.
  • Desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish - English.
  • Portuguese will be a plus.
  • Proficient with computer tools and applications.
  • Proven Autocad experience.
  • Position will require 60% South America travel.
