Recruiting, selection and head hunting services of senior management executives in our human resources consulting division, have been carefully developed to offer both, companies and executives, a competitive edge in order to understand our customer needs, position profile, mission and vision of the company, responsibilities and other aspects that allow us to understand exactly our clients needs.
We believe that before any action on the execution of a search and selection process, we must first understand the future employer expectations, its organization, its market, its objectives in the short and medium term, its organizational structure, waited candidate profile and all the necessary efforts, to devise strategies to pursue in our search and selection process.
Obviously, this conception in recruiter & selection processes demands us more time and effort, but we are convinced that this process allows us to significantly increase the success rate in our management. Which will be then a real benefit for our customers.
