GENERAL MANAGER LATIN AMERICA (Finished)
COMPANY:
Multinational company, leader in the production of corrosion-resistant materials and coatings, specializing in the protection of the shipping industry, with presence in all continents.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client has entrusted us to seek a General Manager who will be responsible for 6 subsidiaries in Latin America. The position requires living in Panama, having provided the company's relocation expenses.
The General Manager will report to the CSO at the headquarters. The position requires a candidate with extensive experience in international business in the shipping industry. The General Manager Latin America are entirely responsible for all company operations in the region.

REQUERIMENTS:
- 15 years of experience in senior management positions in international first-class companies, having served as Regional General Manager.
- Experience abroad
- Graduated in Chemical Engineering (exclusive)
- Master in Materials Science and Engineering
- Desired age from 45 to 55 years
- Trilingual Spanish - English - German (exclusive)
- Portuguese is a plus highly valued
- Willing to settle in Panama
- Willing to travel more than 50%
- Experience in the shipping industry
- Experience in corrosion, paints, coatings and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal Ability to lead multi-disciplinary professional groups in different countries.
